i was told my shower was private, but it smelled like stale sour cream, and surprisingly, i had to share a bathroom. also, they didn’t respond to my request for an upgrade, even though i thought that was a given. the rude awakening of a blocked drain on top of that just made it worse! i almost thought of giving a good review but couldn’t.

The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the main sights. They welcomed our three dogs! The view from our room allowed us to enjoy the Florence skyline. Overall, it was super convenient for our family exploring the city.
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for kids.

the hotel is just a short stroll from the stunning piazza della signoria and the iconic duomo, making it an ideal base for exploring all that florence has to offer, and I loved the convenience of being able to grab a bite at the many nearby restaurants like ristorante alla griglia, located just around the corner.
